Is the studio open to come in and look around?
Our studio is closed to the general public and open to clients by appointment only.
Are pets allowed in the studio and/or in the portraits?
Yes. We treat our four-legged friends like family! Dogs and cats are welcome into the studio and the portrait session. They will need to be supervised by a friend or family, as they are not allowed into the viewing presentation. We ask that you be considerate of the studio if your pet is not properly trained to interact with new people in public places.
What does the Private Portrait Session fee cover?
The sitting fee for a Townsley Portrait session includes a 2-hour private studio experience, complimentary beverages and snacks, and a design consultation prior to your visit.
Is the “booking deposit” really refundable?
If you have scheduled a special promotional session that requires a booking deposit, that amount is fully refundable at the conclusion of your portrait session.
