Congratulations on being selected! As part of your experience, you'll receive a complimentary photography session with one of our accomplished photographers, valued from $500-$1,000. Additionally, you'll receive a complimentary Fine Art Print at 14 inches, valued at $1,000.
To reserve your booking, we kindly ask for a fully refundable holding deposit of $99. This helps us prevent no-shows or last-minute cancellations, as we value both your time and ours.
During your private photography session with our skilled photographers, you'll have the opportunity to capture beautiful memories.
After your photography session, you'll have a private viewing session with our designers to select the images you love the most. Your designer will guide you through options, and make recommendations other than your complimentary Fine Art Print, such as custom packages and Fine Art Canvases.
At the end of your experience, you'll have the option to choose your complimentary portrait or use it as a $1,000 credit towards any custom packages and Fine Art Canvases. We strive to provide you with a memorable and personalized experience that celebrates your family in our unique portrait style.

At our company, we want to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident with your image choices for your home. If you are selected for a project or win a certificate, we will provide you with a custom 14 inch piece of artwork at no additional cost.
While all clients have the option to purchase additional portrait packages or unique canvas pieces of artwork, there is no obligation to do so. If you do choose to purchase more than your complimentary artwork, it can be used as a $1,000 credit towards your upgraded order.
All portraits purchased will come with digital copies and will go through our fine art editing and finishing process. Please note that images not purchased beyond your design appointment or session may not be saved due to server space and cost.
Rest assured that all images purchased, including your complimentary portrait, will be kept on file for a lifetime.

While we specialize in Fine Art heirlooms that are intended to be displayed in your home, we do provide digital copies of all final artwork with any portrait, image, and/or package purchase.
We understand that some clients may be interested in digital-only options, but we believe that the beauty and value of our Fine Art pieces is best appreciated in their physical form. Rest assured that when you purchase from us, you will receive both a physical heirloom piece and its digital counterpart.

At Townsley Portraits, we do not offer refunds for orders placed, given the customized nature of our work. However, we are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
That's why we offer our "Love it" Guarantee, which means that if you are unhappy with anything, we will re-edit, re-print, and even re-frame your order at no additional cost until you are fully satisfied.
Please note that while we make every effort to deliver your order by the specified date, not all aspects of production are within our control, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Also, please be aware that Townsley Portraits is not responsible for any costs or emotional distress caused by dissatisfaction with our products.

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered and whether you have chosen a payment plan or paid in full. If you have paid in full, you can expect your order to arrive at your designated physical address within 4-6 weeks of payment.
However, please keep in mind that because our products are custom-made, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery before major events such as Christmas, birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Portrait Cancellation Policy
Any session canceled/rescheduled 72 hours after booking will be non-refundable. The amount paid will instead be applied as a print credit toward your portrait order, regardless of sickness, injury, or other life circumstances. This policy helps us prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as we value both your time and ours.
Viewing Cancellation Policy
You have one opportunity to view your images. Missed viewings will not be rescheduled or refunded. Viewings can be at the studio or online at the studio's discretion. They may be changed at any time due to designer availability or for any other reason, the studio deems necessary. If you are viewing online please ensure you're on a computer or large iPad, seated at home with no distractions (including children and pets). Please ensure all decision-makers are present as there will only be one viewing per session and orders will only be taken at that appointment. Unordered images are not stored for the future.Cell phones are not allowed for online viewings. If you are not stationary at a computer the appointment will be cancelled
